Business Operations Officer

We are looking for experienced Business Operations Officer responsible for the clients’ accounts as well as following of the activities on the account, reporting and supporting the clients in regards to their requests.

This is a great opportunity to work with a great team in a fast-growing business environment in Montenegro. Proficiency in English is a must.

Position Requirements:

  • Checking relevant documentation and assistance to Compliance Department in client's onboarding process;

  • Monitoring of client’s requests (funds withdrawal/deposits/new bank account/trading account/pricing group etc);

  • Execution of the clients’ requests in the software for Client Relationship Management (CRM);

  • Execution of payments regarding bank accounts in collaboration with the Business Operation Manager;

  • Executing rebates/ slippage or any other reimbursements in CRM based on adopted decisions and instructions of Business Operations Manager;

  • Monitoring of bank statements and payment services providers statements on daily bases;

  • Reporting to Business Operations Manager of any irregularity related to inflows/outflows/charged commissions etc;

  • Preparing internal reports based on Business Operations Manager’s request related to deposits/withdrawals/cash flow/commissions etc;

  • Monitoring client’s equity for trading accounts with approved credit and inform Business Operations Manager in case of negative balance;

  • Assistance in further development projects related to new back office software project as well as growing payment service and liquidity provider's network;

  • Assistance in all other currently ongoing projects related to Business Operations Department.


  • BSc degree in Economics or similar relevant field;

  • Previous working experience on similar positions (min 1 year);

  • Fluency in English is an obligation, additional languages are considered as an advantage.

Experience :

  • Previous work experience with CRM and similar software solutions will be considered as an advantage;

  • Experience in communication with financial institutions and banks;

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Analytical thinker and problem solver;

  • Attention to details.
