FX Institutional Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Institutional Sales Manager who will closely work with our product team and provide a solid value to our business and our team. Position Requirements:

  • Identify new business opportunities globally, initiate market research on competition and business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships among others;

  • Develop and implement strategies to help meet and exceed organizational sales expectations;

  • Create/use business relationships to generate new businesses for Introducing Broker and White Label segment;

  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified clients through various manners of phone, email, face to face & social media and be accountable for forecasting your pipeline;

  • Identify and assess sales and marketing initiative to assist in achieving personal and overall business targets;

  • Research, identify, and create Institutional sales opportunities across the globe including asset managers, pension funds, international brokerage houses, and other fund managers both independent and corporate;

  • Identify clients’ requirements and offer relevant trading solutions including API, White Label and other partner arrangements;

  • • Other activities related to the position.



  • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field;

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems;

  • Proficient in English language, additional languages are considered as an advantage;



  • Financial Market experiences, knowledge and understanding of Foreign Exchange, CFDs with additional knowledge of shares is necessary;

  • Able to work confidently to performance targets;

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or Business Development within the financial industry;

  • Confident verbal and written communicator in English with ability to liaise effectively at all levels;
