Position: Business Operations Officer

FINVEO, an international multi-asset Brokerage Company announced its new opening in the Business Operations Department. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Business Operations Officer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engagement & execution of strategic business development initiatives, procedures, and processes related to Business Operations Department;
  • Providing ongoing support to our clients, making sure that all their requests on regulatory, operational, and procedural levels are met timely and correctly;
  • Monitoring and execution of the client’s requests through Client Relations Software (CRM) as for example: account activation/ deposit placement/ funds withdrawal and other requests;
  • Executing rebates/ slippage or any other reimbursements in CRM based on adopted decisions and instructions of Business Operations Manager;
  • Monitoring of bank statements; payment services providers statements daily;
  • Identifying potential irregularities and reporting;
  • Preparing internal and other reports through Power BI, related to requested indicators, such as profit, loss, deposits, inflows, outflows, trading activity etc.;
  • Participate in product management and implementation of new products and services;
  • Assistance in further development projects related to liquidity provider's network;
  • Creating and maintaining a solid working relationship with the banks, payment institutions, liquidity providers, product partners, control functions, and colleagues throughout the Department.
  • Preparation of profit calculations based on the client activities and creation of booking documents for accounting;
  • Coordination of preparation of a record of company’s liabilities;
  • Actively participating in the preparation of financial reports: daily, monthly, quarterly, and other periodical reports on demand of Business Operations Manager;
  • Other activities related to Business Operations based on the Company needs and Management requests

Qualifications

  • Previous working experience in similar positions or in the banking sector (min 1 year);
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered as an advantage.
  • Previous work experience with CRM and similar software solutions will be considered as an advantage:
  • Experience in communication with financial institutions and banks;
  • Experience in financial reporting;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
